Pre-Release Advisory
Our South Carolina Bail Agents are trained and prepared to make sure you are educated and comfortable about each step of the bail process and exactly what to expect. The Judicial System can be daunting. Additionally, each county in South Carolina has different processes and requirements for posting bail, including time/availability, locations, differences between County and City charges, etc. Our Bondsmen are educated and experienced in each of the counties that we service to ensure you receive the most efficient service AND understand what to expect along the way. Post-Release Monitoring
If you have been assigned Post-Release Monitoring as part of your Bail Contract (typically assigned by the Judge at your Bail Hearing), we can assist you with the initial process of both GPS Monitoring and SCRAM Monitoring. We will work with the Monitoring Services, as required by law, in reporting your progress or any potential violations that fail to satisfy your Bail Requirements.
We will also provide ongoing support and education with your monitoring requirements to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Learn more about your Bondsman's GPS reporting requirements, as set forth by Section 38-53-84 of June, 2023 SC Bond Reform. This section also provides potential implications of a Defendant's failure to pay fees associated with their court-ordered Electronic Monitoring.

Easy Check-Ins
You will be required to check-in with your Bail Bondsman , periodically, per your Bond Agreement. We accommodate a variety of check-in options: in-person, phone check-in, GPS App check-in, etc.
